We are all likely familiar with common expressions about time – Eastern Standard Time, Greenwich Mean Time, Daylight Savings Time, Island Time, Quality Time, Me Time, Spare Time, etc. We live increasingly busy lives and our calendars are often so scheduled that we don’t always take the time to slow down, play, and enjoy true quality time together.
